Hotel Selection
The below rates are available only to registered OTCC 2027 delegates. All rooms and rates below are held until Friday, 22 January 2027 or until sold out. Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. You require accommodation outside the official accommodation dates, (8 – 13 March 2027) please contact the OTCC 2027 Secretariat.
Conference accommodation rates are fully inclusive of all applicable federal and state taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no additional charges added.
Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of one night only or full amount is required to secure your booking (subject to hotel).
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Breakfast is not included unless otherwise stated.
- The rates listed are shown per night per room.
- The rates are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). There are no other additional charges or taxes (eg state, federal or bed tax) to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card.
- Loyalty program points are at the discretion of the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER Friday, 22 January 2027. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and who wish to cancel on or after Friday, 22 January 2027 are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and shared with the hotel upon situations of no-shows, or late cancellations, to charge at full rate upon their discretion. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Conference Secretariat. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.
