Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). For currency conversion, please use an online currency converter.

Student Registration Eligibility
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or an international student card. Students must be currently enrolled in part- or full-time study.

Indigenous and First Nations Workshop

Cost | The Indigenous and First Nations Workshop is included with the Full and Day Registration for First Nations and Indigenous people attending the conference. RSVP required to confirm attendance.
- All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
- Full payment is required at the time of registration for credit card payments.
- Invoice payments, must be paid within 7 days.
- Invitation letter for visa purposes will only be issued after full payment is received.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Friday, 8 January 2027Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the OTCC 2027 Secretariat. Cancellations made by Friday, 8 January 2027 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Tuesday, 23 February 2027 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday, 8 January 2027 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The OTCC 2027 Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

OTCC 2027 and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the OTCC 2027 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the OTCC 2027 Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. OTCC 2027 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Note participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials. If you do not wish to have your image photographed or filmed, please contact the secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference.
OTCC 2027 Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new OTCC 2027 dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings, and social functions will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the OTCC 2027 Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
OTCC 2027 Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of OTCC 2027, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
